♥ Cancer.

We heard a lot of people have cancer nowadays.

Breast cancer, brain cancer, Liver cancer...etc.

Even many of my relatives, uncles and aunties suffer from cancer.

Some of them passed away due to this disease. My most beloved aunt, Aunty Louise passed away because of Cancer.

And today, the church hv given us a bulletin about cancer.

Gonna post something about it.

Subject: cancer update from John Hopkins

After years of tellin ppl CHEMOTHERAPY is the only way to try and Eliminate cancer, John Hopkins is finally starting to tell you there is an alternative way.

1, Every person has cancer cells in the body. these cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2, Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in person's lifetime.

3, When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

Okay, to cut it short... Chemotherapy and radiation will destroy the healthy cells, tissues and organs..etc in our body.

Now, what cancer cells feed on?

A. Sugar is a cancer-feeder.

B. Milk causes body to produce mucus. Cancer feeds on mucus. So, unsweetened soya milk can replace milk.

C. cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. So, is best to eat fish and a little chicken rather than beef or pork.

D.Fresh vegetable juice are good.

E. Avoid Cofee, tea and chocolate which have high caffeine. Green tea is better, it has cancer-fighting properties.

Cancer is aa disease of mind, body and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment.

Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy Life. Yeap, relax.People.

Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. *Deep breath* xP

And,

No plastic containers in micro.

No water bottles in freezer. [O.o Oh~]

No plastic wrap in microwave.

They even slapped each other's face. wHOaaaa! So exciting!
Haha, they were just acting. Some people thought it was really a fight. tsts.

Mm... I wonder if NgeeSun coming to visit today or not.

离‘战场’还有二十天。

最近，一连串不该发生的事情竟然不断的发生。

所有不好的事情竟然都一同发生在这段时间里。为什么？

脑海里充满了‘为什么’

顿时觉得他们很愚蠢！

连我都比他们懂事……拜托，饶了我吧。

不过，

我要好好地感谢我一些知己，知己们都很耐心的聆听我诉心事。

心情变好了些，多亏了朋友们。

还有二十天就是初中评估试，我要像平时酱的心情去应试。

呼~ 这么快就剩下二十天了

我记得我是从一百三十多开始倒数的，眨眼间……剩下十位数了！

还真刺激！考完后，就可以和死党们狂欢了 xD

评估试的最后一天，我们将会面对最后一张试卷，而且那天……早上九点半就考完了！

过后，我们就会踏出考场，喊个够xD 然后，一起去逛街玩乐呵呵！

Went to Y-hope CG today,
Discuss about a 16 yr-old girl been murdered. And the suspects are 4 YOuth,
16 to 22 year old guys. It was PohEe's first time leading us into a discussion .CONGRATS.
Then we discuss bout' whether shud the court put them to death or not.

Aih.. House maid balik kampung to celebrate rayaa.
Without a maid at home is like... ...living in a jungle. :P
I have to do a lot of chores x/
Honestly, I used to have maid to take care of me since young. HOW YOUNG? The answer is before I go to kindergarten. =.='''
I know how to do chores, I know how to cook and I know how to take care of the house all by myself...thanks to my cool parents xP
But the thing is, I don't like to do chores laa x( I want to study ToT Huh~ Doing chores and taking care of my DOgs since I get home from school. Waste my timeX_x
So glad my grandparents are here... they will stay here for few weeks?? and help to take care of the house.
Some more didn't get enough sleep yesterday nite.. All because OF... =X
I kept falling asleep when doing BI paper1, 1st period only lea!! Cannot keep my eyes open. So i had no choice, I sleep for xxxxx... Then continue do... then sleep again...... T___T so TIRED

Grrr~ timing is so not right. Havin' trial and PMR is coming.
House maid pula balik kampung for Hari Raya. Well, I hope she can celebrate with her family...DUH~ But I'm really exhausted x(
I had cleaned the house and take care of the dogs for almost whole day. Troublesome Dogs, Don't like them already. LOL =P Who wants them? Can come and take aaway. jk.
Maid will come back on 14th of October, that's the 2nd day of PMR.
If I want her to come back quickly... then PMR will come very soonT.T heeees.

Me, Huiyee, Eeling, Munkuen, JieXi, Joyi, Seahle and Yanrou won a prize for Banner designing. Don't know wad prize xP
Today, they announce my name for several times during asembly. Paiseh! I really dunno whats going on that time! OMG

Movie shooting

Yesterday was a Great day
Do shooting in the morning...
Had lots of fun..
Many funny things happened! Was wearing school uniform (for shooting needs), people looking at us because of Ahliang's Bright yellowish hair(shooting needs).. They must be thinking, I'm a naughty high school girl mixing with samseng frens LOL

Went to Y-Hope YOuth CG, they were having cooking CG yesterday. Lots of people yesterday, NgeeSun and Joseph came back from HongKong.. Happy to see NgeeSun again ^^
Cooked a lot of Italian food like Pizza, Spagetti and etc...
My contact lens were killing me x(, Coz' we were doing shooting at a place outside cyber-cafe.
And lots of guys smoke outside there... Lens getting dirty. Forgot to bring solution and eyedrops =(
After CG, continued the shooting... It was so exciting when we're doing a part of 'samseng boys' fighting. Oh gosh! we used real knife lea... so scareee! Getting nervous when Jhung Ee and Ah Liang as Ah Fu and Ah Leong fight against each other... Well, they all sacrifice a lot. It must be painful =X Yet, they are still pro...acted so real!
Chun Hoong can act pretty well...real tears falling down when he was trying to rescue Carey.
Luckily is 'Carey' not Shannen... they were shouting and yelling ''Carey! Where are You?!?!?!'' and... ''Give me back my sister!'' =S just nearby the curry house.
Wahaaha... and here comes the most ''gan jeong'' part, I sacrificed too. As Carey, I have to be kidnapped by samseng... I AM A BRAVE girl! coz' I was all tied up and was locked inside the car boot. It was like fear factor to me, but with God... I kinda enjoy myself being locked up in the dark car boot. Thanks to them, they take good care of me... Summore wanna belanja me xD
No need la, I was having Fun too.
Dad did not anngry with me... O.o he asked me why nvr find him act gangster punye 'dai lou'. LOL Cute dad.
Well, dunwanna type much... still need to study

Okay, so tmr is Saturday... It will be a very Special day

Coz I'll be doing shootiing with some church bro and sis.

I'll be acting as Joe's sister,Carey in that movie.

I just finished reading the script and I think my role is more to the -spoiled child type of missy?? ==''

erhemm* I think it's kinda tough for me to act so ...ungraceous-violent-little girl=='' hard to explain laaa

O well, that's what the director wants...So I'll sacrifice my image =) Not too Over,pls =P

O yaa, this is a Christianity Movie, it's about 3 guys and ...I don't know how to tell here. haha

Tmr's shooting will start from 8am to 3.30pm then I will go for Y-HOPE CG!! Yay!! I miss u guys... can't wait to see you all xD

Then after CG 6.30pm, will continue the shooting up to 10pm. Why lea?? Because Carey needs to be kidnapped by samseng with 'apple' knife. Haha

Hopefully the weather for tmr is G-O-O-D... Don't rain!

Kinda excited now,but the director said I'm gonna be very pity tmr... Errr~ >.<'' Fast and Pray now haha.

5th September!!!

Gonna post bout yesterday, 5th September!!

Haha, went to school as usual. Eeling, Huiyee, Munkuen, Mayching and Joyi absented. Pakat one!
So left me, Seah Le, Jiexi and Yanrou ... so boring.

Seah Le and Jie Xi went out to help the teachers with stuff most of the time so me and Yanrou stay in the class doing our own stuff...like sleeping, dreaming, waiting, reading... Yawn** I even borrowed ju's phone, listened to music and looked out to the window alone... Like got autism==''

Lets get to the interesting part...

After Sejarah class which taught by Pn.Lechumi, we had our Geography period with En.Francis. He kept talking bout bout his sadness ...most of you know, many things happen to him, like the beautiful graffiti on his car and stuff~ bla bla bla and he sat down
En.Francis: Whoa!!! Why is the chair so Hot?! Who peeee on it?! Goodness!
Whole class bursted into laughters: Pn.Lechumii!!
xD haha, It's actually the sunlight that warmed your seat... En.Francis.

Then, here comes the moral class
Pn.wong was not teaching yesterday...so she asked Ian to replace her.
Mr.Ian taught us lots of stuff... like: Making noice!! or else you willkena rotan.
And.. 1+1 is equals to 3 not 2, 2 +2 is 7 not 4
Moral get zero means you're superb 'bermoral'

Here are some conversation of Mr.Ian and some students, it's funny when u hear it for yourself.

So that period, Pn.wong became student and Ian was the teacher. lots of funny stuff happened.

School Dismissed, Bath, Lunch, Packed... went to sueteng's house for some revision But in the end, we just manage to revise some of the chapters only coz' busy gila around with Julia, SueEe and Sushi Cia...LOL Did lots of insane stuff together... I enjoy watching them dancing.
P.S: When you guys wanna perform one complete dance for me? I've been waiting for ...like a year==''
5pm+... we get ready and head to SD2 coz chinese society was having a Tanglung Fest. When we reached there, we all felt like it was like a army camp or training ground coz' HuiMing get scolded by someone just because she's not wearing long pants and everyone must be very discipline...
After registration, we were forbid to get out of the hall and wander around(except when you need to go to the WC)
Committees trying to make us SHUT　ＵＰby repeating ''HelloWeiwei wei hello hello weiiii weii hello!!'' Want us to reply them back in backwards. =='' Kinda lame la
We had be devided into different groups... Me and Meghan were quite berjodoh coz we were in the same group again...Group 8
Watched some performance, I like them all. Especially that drama! damn funny!
Played some games... Everything turned out Fun.. We also discovered Pn.Chan's true self!! She was like so ...so cute! OMG,even some people says she's acting young and stuff LOL
10pm+... Party's over We waited for Meghan's mom come to fetch us home. Then, Pn.Chan appeared and asked us how do we feel bout the event and stuff... I remember I said, 'Pn.chan, you're so Cute todae!!' then, she replied 'haiyo, now only you know Pn.Chan so cute?'
Su,ju and js tumpang Pn.chan's car to mamak for yamcha. I accompanied 'Siu Mai' waiting for the car... And, Home Sweet home!

And I am like totally not well prepared yet.

Lastly, eh...... Too many dreams, hard to make a decision. So I just keep it for emergency xD xD
