Jogged with Ian,Mayching,Huichei and Jiannhau this morning.
Can't believe I can jog 1 round of BSD.
1 round is quite a lot for me lur.. 4km.
After sometime, I cannot see Huichei,Jiannhau and Mayching.. they were far away behind me.
Ian runs fast, I can't see him either.. he is too fast.. too far.
So in the end, I ran alone...quite boring de wor :)
I quickly went home and clean myself.
Walked down to al-safa to meet MayChing. Chatted for awhile and walked together to school.

During practice, I was not sleepy. I think imma loving jogging!! It keeps me refreshed!
Anyone wants to jog tmr? :D

The tender blowing wind,
